Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchases from Leicester Gallery Shop, but if you've changed your mind it's no problem! We can offer a refund on most products as long as you return your item in a saleable and unused condition.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty please contact us and we can arrange a refund or exchange at our own discretion.

Customer products that have been made to order cannot be returned.
